Our Mandate:

Our mandate outlines the terms and conditions under which we, as your attorneys, will provide legal services. To formalize the attorney-client relationship, you are required to complete and sign our mandate and fee agreement.

In accordance with FICA, clients must ensure that their personal information is kept up to date, particularly in the case of entities such as companies, trusts, and bodies corporate where directors, trustees, or members may change.

We are fully POPIA compliant. Providing the personal information required for FICA is a legal obligation and does not constitute a breach of the POPI Act.
